  • Refunds are not provided for campaign payments. Advertisers pay for actual results achieved through their campaigns.
  • For FIAT refunds: Advertisers can refund if balance worth more then $200 with an commission of 2%
  • For Crypto refunds: Advertisers can refund if balance worth more then $200 with an commission of 2% + Blockchain fees.


  • Refunds are not applicable to rewards earned by publishers for successful clicks, sales, or leads. Earnings are based on actual performance.

Technical Errors

  • In the event of a technical error resulting in unintended payments or transactions, please contact our support team at We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide appropriate remedies.

Platform Downtime

  • In case of prolonged platform downtime affecting the usability of Affizy Network, we may consider refunds or compensations on a case-by-case basis.
